Methods of Giving
Give Now to Pleasant Meadows through our Online Giving page.
Cash
The most common way to give is cash. If you itemize, cash gifts are tax deductible up to 50% of your adjusted gross income. If all your gifts of cash, life insurance, or credit card giving for the year exceed 50 % of your adjusted gross income, the excess may be carried forward for tax purposes for five additional years.
Please make your check out to Pleasant Meadows Christian Village and mail it to:

Planned Giving
By clicking the above tab, you can visit our planned giving website for helpful information. We have an increasing number of friends at Christian Homes who now are benefiting from life income gifts, gift annuities and other plans. Thank you for taking time to explore the benefits of gift planning.
Life Insurance
If you are the owner of a paid up life insurance policy that is no longer needed, it can be given to Pleasant Meadows Christian Village. To receive a charitable deduction, you name Pleasant Meadows Christian Village as the owner and beneficiary of the policy. You will receive a tax deduction for the cash value of the policy on the date it is transferred.
Gifts of Real Estate
A gift of land, home, vacation home or farm can be tax-advantageous. If the property has appreciated over the years, the sale would probably result in a large capital gains tax. If given outright to Pleasant Meadows Christian Village, you would avoid capital gains tax and receive a charitable tax deduction for its full market value. A certified appraisal will be required by the IRS.
