All Around You

Our wonderful community is located on Route 116 in the quiet neighborhood of Flanagan. Seven acres provide plenty of room for a variety of mature trees to flourish including ash, locust, blue spruce, Austrian pine, sweetgum and maple. Recently, we created a walking garden that our community personnel maintain. This garden gives residents and family a great place to spend time together.

If you plan on getting some exercise, our advice is to visit our paved walkways surrounded by dozens of perennials, annuals, trees and shrubs. Around this area is an attractive ornamental fence that includes benches, so you can relax while watching the rippling water from the copper fountain. If you want to have a nice afternoon out with the family, we recommend Legion Lake Park nearby. Take a stroll around the lake on its walking paths, or try your luck at reeling in the big one. Children’s play ground equipment and covered picnic shelter help to make this an enjoyable place for a fun and relaxing family get-together.
